MB Venture Partners invests in companies that are developing and marketing products to alleviate human suffering.  We focus our investing activity on medical devices and have a particular interest in devices that address diseases of the musculoskeletal system.  We will also consider investing in molecular therapeutics that possess a very capital efficient path to FDA approval.  MB Venture Partners does not consider investments in Healthcare IT or Healthcare Services.  To see examples of the types of investments we find attractive,

Stage and Geography

MB Venture Partners diversifies its portfolio by investing in companies at all stages of product commercialization, from pre-clinical product development to expansion-stage companies.  With regard to geography, we will consider musculoskeletal investments from across the US, and non-musculoskeletal investments that reside in the Southeast or Midwest.
